Amazing Third Level……..

This is  the final installment of our Commercial Shoot  recording

the talent of a local Professional Stager.  Yes,  this one million dollar

home on the Gulf of Mexico is FOR SALE………

(Third floor has two bedrooms and two baths.)

 

Please forgive me if I am making a “big deal” about this

part of the home, but I was just amazed, (or blow away),

after we walked up the stairs from the second level, turned right, and

opened the doors shown below………..

Ready for this?????? This is the foyer that connects

one bedroom on level three to another bedroom.

Like I said earlier, “I thought I was in an European Castle”…

Notice, on the left the two small pictures……

Here’s the small nook that contains those two small pictures.

As you near the endof the hallway…. the bedroom

on the south end, facing the gulf.

As you turn around and look back towards the stairs

this is your view….

Second Level = Second Floor = It’s Getting Better….

So, after I got up off the floor of the Home Theater on level one, we

headed up the stairs to level two.   As you would probably expect,

with four levels, there is an elevator, but we needed the exercise….

Plus the stairwells were very pretty too.

 

Here, we have just walked up from the first level and this is

what we saw looking down on the first floor.

There are four main areas on the second level.

1.  The kitchen/ dining area

2. Beautiful bedroom / bath

3. Family area

4. Guest power room.

At the top of the stairs, you turn right , walk along the rail

you see here  to the bedroom.

Dinning area/kitchen on the left.

Down the hall and past the elevator………….Plush RED bedroom.

I’d probably shut those blinds………Love the tile work too…

As you leave the bedroom and walk back down the hall, you pass the beautiful

power room..

Across from the power room is the kitchen/dinning area.  I love her choice

 of accessories and the colors.

That is the Gulf view through the windows.

How Do You Stage a One Million Dollar Home on the Gulf ?

We were recently contacted to shoot the talent of a professional stager in Miramar Beach.  The four story home is right on the Gulf of Mexico complete with a full home theater,  a pool,  two outdoor jacuzzis, (one on the roof),  and bed & bath on each floor.

What a beautiful experience.  We just couldn’t stop shooting .  Here are a few of the shots.

FIRST FLOOR:

One of several entranceways……. this is a smaller side entrance…

We loved the tile work in the floor of the foyer…….

Just to the right when entering the home you step into the home theater……

Screen looks a bit small from this distance, but it is actually a 110″ screen

I loved the ceiling…..   LED stars that stay on all the time……..

Just down the hall from the home theater is the first floor bedroom….

What a view.

There is also a two car garage on the first level…… It gets better the higher

up you go……..  Second level next…….

Part 4 : More of Haiti…

Many of these new photos were taken before  Students and Pastors arrived.   Brother Chuck spent 3 days going all  over the city of POP to buy provisions for the Students and Pastor teams coming a few days later.

 First we went in and ordered hundreds of pounds of rice, beans and other supplies.

  Two days later we stopped and had it all loaded on the truck.

 

 

 This building supply company named  “ batimat” is our source of  lumber and building supplies in Haiti.

 

The only air conditioned building we experienced during our three days of gathering provisions and supplies before the two teams arrived. 

  This is a  Bible Book Store. We went here to buy several boxes of Hatian Bibles
